Obsessed with design and branding, laser-focused and fabulous, my self-assessed (and confirmed) visual OCD works wonders for our clients and magnetizing their dream clients. Our mission as Lifestyle Architects is for our clients to attain immeasurable financial success and joyful life balance they crave most. As a former platinum wedding planner and international publisher, my first hand experience attracting and closing high end clients, as well as working to plan their events, gives me clarity about what clients in this market are looking for in a brand identity and messaging, web presence, and client experience. On the flipside, I’m also acutely in tune with the challenges wedding professionals face daily. Through speaking engagements, hosting our annual Retreat, private strategic business coaching, and teaching classes such as our “Instagram Intensive” and “Booked Like a Boss Bootcamp”, educating creative entrepreneurs throughout the country is one of my absolute greatest joys.   • Proud mom of my five-year-old strawberry blonde daughter Brynnleigh, a feisty Papillion named Izzy, and a beast of a Doberman Pinscher named Watson (because my husband loves Sherlock Holmes of course).
  • Wife to Jonathan Powell (you may find him moonlighting in our programs as a fitness and health guru soon, stay tuned!)
  • My personal design taste is a mixture of a bunch of styles: clean, classic, luxurious, a little rustic, and always includes a sense of whimsy.
  • I’ve lived in all areas of Connecticut, Skaneateles, NY, and am now a resident of Southwest, Florida near Naples. We moved here to live life on vacation: palm trees and sunshine make me happy daily.
  • Lattes and sparkling wine are two of my favorite things on earth. I’m forever on the hunt for the perfect sparkling wine.
  • My favorite places to travel are Monaco, Monte Carlo, France, and the Amalfi Coast. Nothing makes me happier than gorgeous waterfront architecture and old-world charm!

  • I have a little boy who just turned 5!
  • My goal is to travel whenever I can. My favorite trip was my honeymoon to the Maldives! Heaven on Earth.
  • Although I’ve moved several times, I have lived in Connecticut my whole life!

Michelle Gagnon
Community & Project Manager

I graduated from Southern NH University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. Working as a paralegal for a personal injury, divorce and corporate law firm, I learned how to be very thorough and detail orientated. I have worked in several professional sports organizations such as the Manchester Wolves Arena Football Team and the Manchester Monarchs. Working for the LA Kings minor league team – Manchester Monarchs – I was the Community Outreach and Promotions Manager, Special Events Director and worked in community and public relations. I was responsible for the team’s, the organization’s and the player’s community involvement. I also was the Director of the Monarchs Care Foundation, which was the charitable arm of the Manchester Monarchs. As the Project and Community Manager for Erica Powell & Co. I am able to put my skills from my previous experiences to work!

  • I am a former 3 year NFL Cheerleader for the New England Patriots.
  • I've been to Super Bowl XXXVI (the first Patriots Superbowl win).
  • Honored to be a member of the NEPC Show Troupe where I traveled performing for military troops across the USA.
  • Former Director of a professional arena dance team, a college dance team, and spent 15 years as a dance instructor teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop to all ages (do you get it – I love dance!)
  • Originally from Manchester, New Hampshire having moved to Southwest Florida (I was all set with winter!)
  • I have worked as a Directory Assistance Operator – if you don’t know what that is, it was formerly 411 “What City and Listing Please?” That was me on the other end!
  • My family loves everything hockey. My son plays, we watch, we love it!
  • 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do (I was a skinny little thing as a child and my parents wanted me to be able to defend myself).

I am a girl boss when it comes to website design, social media, blogging, SEO, and a whole lot more. My specialty is keeping up with all things digital including managing social media for clients who are looking to hire a pro, as well as training business owners one on one to run their own. My trainings cover various technological topics like running Facebook Ads, updating your WordPress site, SEO for blogging, and understanding responsive design for your website.

  • I have four year old boy girl twins who are soon to be big brother and sister to a new addition due very soon (and has potentially arrived by the time you're reading this!)
  • Our first child is our fur baby, french bulldog Angus, who kind of rules the roost in our house.
  • I really love coffee, but who doesn’t?
  • My favorite Food? Tacos, give me all the tacos and if champagne and wine counted as a food group I would add those too.
  • I love wine just as much and sometimes you might even find it in my coffee mug.
  • I speak 3 languages and have lived in 3 different countries. I was born in Quito, Ecuador, where I lived for 8 years. I then moved to Brussels, Belguim where I lived for 6 years. I now live in Connecticut on the shoreline where I have called home for the last 19 years. I have become a New England girl through and through. I love the change of seasons and living so close to the beach. Connecticut is definitely where my heart is.

Ross Tanner is the Founder and CEO of Los Angeles/Europe based FloAgency and Flothemes. In 2006 and with no formal education, Ross began building his first websites. Shortly after, he refocused his efforts to building his company. As of today, Floagency is a thriving team consisting of 50+ creatives, designers, and developers. Ross is passionate about interactive experiences and has executed the websites and brand positioning for many of the creative industry’s biggest names. Ross continues to contribute to creative communities as a mentor and consults for a number of international brands looking to improve their positioning, online conversion, and growth models. In a nutshell, what do you do for your clients?

Depends on what you need! Since we have designed our online courses to address the most commonly asked questions and needs of our clients, they are typically the foundational work needed to move most business owners in the directions of up-leveling their online presence, profits, and refining work/life balance. From here, many times we have clients that would like to dive deeper and affect more change with coaching, branding, website design, and social media management. Some of our clients do it all! And some clients start with private coaching with Erica or branding first if they are more interested in one on one work from day one. The choice is yours!

What courses do you offer?

Our first track of education is focused around the core of what our clients need most: more inquiries, bookings, and sales. Our classes are designed to help you magnetize your dream clients. Foundations for Closing will help you turn more inquiries into clients through the magic of sales (it’s not scary, we promise!).

What are your prices for branding?
